The 6T boiler desulphurizer is a wet desulphurization and dust removal technology based on the multiphase turbulent mass transfer mechanism. It combines the centrifugal water film dusting with the spray boiling desulfurization and dedusting, and accelerates the mound and special cyclone with dust and harmful gas, and the atomization in front of Venturi. The gas and liquid are swirled at high speed by the collision between the liquid and the upper end of the tower. The gas and liquid are swirled at high speed, and then they are mixed up into the boiling reaction layer. The dust and harmful gases in the flue gas are captured and absorbed by the fine liquid particles in the desulfurized liquid. And the efficiency of the harmful gas is high. The purified flue gas is discharged into the atmosphere through a dehydrator, an induced draft fan and a chimney.

Reaction equation
The desulfurization tower is an intermediate device for flue gas desulphurization and ammonium sulfate production. The SO2 in the flue gas is removed from the desulphurizing tower. The desulfurization tower is a saturated sulphuric acid ammonia / sulfite solution with a pH value of 5.05.9, and the reaction with SO2 to produce hydrogen sulfite / H2SO4 in accordance with the following reaction:

1) SO2+ H2OH2SO3
2) H2SO3+(NH4)2 SO4NH4HSO4+ NH4HSO3
3) H2SO3+(NH4)2 S O32NH4HSO3

In reaction (1), sulphuric acid is dissolved in water in the flue gas. In reaction (2) and (3), sulfite reacts with the dissolved sulphuric acid ammonia / sulfite. The ammonia water injected into the bottom of the reaction tank neutralizes the acidic substances as follows:

4) H2SO3+ NH3NH4SO3
5) NH4HSO3+ NH3NH4HSO4+ NH4HSO3
6) H2SO3+ NH3(NH4)2 SO4

Working principle of 6T boiler desulfurization and dust collector
Ammonia desulfurization is a technology to control the emission of sulfur dioxide. The precipitator can not only remove sulfur dioxide in the flue gas, but also produce high added value of ammonia sulphate fertilizer. The boiler dedusting equipment uses a certain concentration of ammonia water (28% as an example) as desulfurizer, and produces the sulphuric acid ammonia slurry which is transported to the chemical fertilizer plant treatment system. Ammonia water demand for ammonia desulphurization is automatically adjusted by the preset PH control valve and measured by the flowmeter. The sulphuric acid ammonia crystals crystallized in saturated sulphuric acid ammonia slurry in the desulphurization dust collector to produce suspended particles with a weight ratio of about 35%. These serous quilts are pumped to the processing field, dehydrated through primary and two stages, and then sent to the chemical fertilizer plant for further dehydration, drying, condensation and storage. The boiler dust remover also generates a considerable by-product to achieve a definite economic benefit.
