CMC pulse spray single dust collector is a small bag filter designed by our company after digestion and absorption of advanced technology of similar foreign products. The dust collector adopts high-pressure (0.5-0.7MPa) large-flow pulse valve to filter the dust through the filter bag. Dust-laden gas enters the ash hopper through the air inlet or enters the filter bag room through the open flange. The dust-containing gas passes through the filter bag and is filtered into clean gas to enter the purifying chamber, and then is exhausted by the fan through the net gas exhaust port. Dust deposits on the outer surface of the filter bag and increases continuously, so that the resistance of the filter bag dust collector keeps rising. In order to make the device resistance not exceed 1200 Pa, the bag filter can continue to work, and the dust on the filter bag needs to be periodically removed. Ash removal is initiated by the program controller periodically starting the pulse valve so that compressed air (0.5-0.7 MPa) in the package is ejected from the blowout orifice (a primary wind) and induced by the venturi several times over a flash of ambient air ( The secondary air enters the filter bag to cause the filter bag to rapidly expand in an instant, and with the reverse action of the air flow to shake off the dust and achieve the purpose of cleaning.
