The operation parameters of cyclone dust collector include: the inlet air velocity of the dust collector, the temperature of the gas and the inlet mass concentration of the dusty gas.
1) inlet air velocity: for a certain cyclone, the increase of inlet air velocity not only improves the gas flow rate, but also improves the separation efficiency, but the pressure increases. 3), the inlet mass concentration of the dust gas: the large particle dust has the obvious carrying effect on the small particle dust when the concentration is high, and the separation efficiency of the dust collector will be improved, which is beneficial to the enhancement of the dust removal effect of the cyclone dust collector.
