Introduction
Cyclone dust collector is a kind of dedusting device. The mechanism of dust removal is to make the dust air flow rotating. By centrifugal force, the dust particles are separated from the air flow and trapped in the wall, and then the dust particles fall into the ash bucket with the help of gravity.
Classification
(1)The efficiency of cyclone separator is small, which is used to separate fine dust and the efficiency of dust removal is over 95%.
(2)Large volume cyclone dust collector has large diameter and large gas flow rate, and its dust removal efficiency is above 50-80%.
(3)The general cyclone has a moderate air handling capacity. Because of different structural forms, the efficiency of dust removal fluctuates between 70-85%.
(4)The explosion-proof cyclone dust collector has explosion-proof valve itself, and has the function of explosion protection.
According to the form of structure, it can be divided into long cone, cylinder, diffusion type and bypass type.
According to the combination and installation, it can be divided into inner cyclone dust collector, external cyclone dust collector, vertical and horizontal type, single cylinder and multi tube cyclone dust collector.
According to the introduction of air flow, the flow path of cyclone entering the cyclone and the form of two winds can be generally divided into the following two categories.
(1)Cyclonic cyclone dust collector
(2)Axial cyclone dust collector
