Description

JPMG series coalescing filter elements are high-efficiency filtration components designed for critical gas conditions, primarily used to remove solid particles and entrained liquid mist from gas streams. This series is widely used in natural gas processing, aviation fuel filtration, and petrochemical processes.

Features:

High-efficiency coalescence: Utilizes gradient glass fiber for efficient removal of 0.3-micron liquid mist and solid particles from airflow.

Reliable structure: Monolithic tubular design with fewer seals, robust and durable, with an ultimate pressure differential resistance of up to 5.2 bar.

Clog-resistant: The outer layer has an oleophobic/hydrophobic treatment, allowing coalesced droplets to drain quickly, resulting in slow pressure differential increase and a long service life.

Wide applicability: Wide temperature range (-51°C to 149°C), with a variety of sealing materials available, suitable for harsh operating conditions such as natural gas and petrochemical industries.
