Product Description

The JFG Series is a range of high-performance filter elements specifically engineered for the filtration of natural gas and other gaseous streams. Constructed from molded fiberglass bonded with inert phenolic resins, these cartridges are designed to deliver fine particulate filtration, high dirt-holding capacity, and efficient coalescing of liquid mists and aerosols. They are available in various dimensions and micron ratings to suit a wide array of industrial applications, with a standard outside-to-inside flow direction.

Key Features & Benefits

Superior Filtration Efficiency: Provides fine nominal filtration down to 0.5 microns, effectively removing solid contaminants such as dust, dirt, rust, and scale.

High Contaminant Retention: Designed with a high dirt-storing capacity, which extends the service life of the element and reduces change-out frequency.

Efficient Liquid Coalescing: The fiberglass media effectively coalesces liquid mists and fogs, allowing for their mechanical removal from the gas stream.

High Flow Rates & Pressures: Suitable for medium to high flow rates and high operating pressures.

Versatile Material Options: Available with standard carbon steel or optional 316 Stainless Steel components, and Buna-N or Viton gaskets to suit various operating conditions.

Ease of Maintenance: Designed for quick and easy assembly and disassembly within filter housings.

High-Temperature Option: Special JFGF models are available for applications requiring temperatures up to 370°C (700°F).
