The fully automatic backwash filter mainly consists of a cylinder, stainless steel filter screen, electric drain valve, and drain device. When the water filter is working, the backwash butterfly valve plate opens, and the water flow enters the filter element through the inlet, passes through the filter screen, and flows out of the system. Impurities are intercepted inside the filter element. When the water processor needs to discharge water, close the butterfly valve plate and open the discharge valve. The water flows into the inner side through the outer side of the second half of the filter screen, passes through the first half of the filter screen, and some of the water flows into the system through the outlet. The remaining water flows into the inner side through the outer side of the second half of the filter screen and is discharged through the discharge outlet, playing a role in reverse automatic flushing of the filter screen.

 

Installation precautions

  1. The equipment should be installed in a bypass manner to facilitate maintenance and repair without shutting down the machine.

  2. This equipment can be installed horizontally or vertically according to the site conditions. The equipment must be connected to the pipeline in the direction of the inlet and outlet. When installed vertically, the inlet of the equipment faces upwards, and when installed horizontally, the outlet faces downwards.

  3. Valves should be installed at the inlet, outlet, and drain outlet of the equipment (the drain valve should be a quick acting valve)

  4. The net distance between devices should not be less than 1500mm; the net distance between devices and walls should not be less than 1000mm; and there should be a gap between devices and their surroundings

Provide a maintenance space of no less than 500mm.

  1. Pipe supports should be installed near the mouth of the equipment inlet and outlet pipelines; A bracket should be installed under valves with a diameter greater than or equal to DN150 that are directly connected to the container mouth.

 

Instructions for Use

1.Before running the system, it is necessary to check whether the pipeline installation is correct, and the equipment must be installed in the direction indicated on the equipment.

  1. Rinse the system pipeline, and at this time, the inlet and outlet valves of the equipment must be closed. Open the bypass valve and isolate the equipment.

  2. After checking for accuracy, open the inlet and outlet valves, close the bypass valve and drain valve

  3. Operating instructions for the fully automatic backwash filter electrical control box

 

1) Connect the power supply (if there is electricity in the 380v or 220v box, it must be true). Open the power switch inside the box, the power indicator light will be on, and the filter will enter normal working state (each time the power is connected, the machine will first discharge and then reset, entering the running state, and the normal working indicator light will be on).

 

2) Control method

Pressure difference control (optional) for setting the discharge time. The default discharge time for the equipment is 60 seconds, and customers can set the discharge time according to their needs. The cleaning and discharge of the equipment are controlled by timing and pressure difference. As the impurities inside the equipment filter element increase, when the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet (inside and outside the filter element) reaches 0.05 MPa, the equipment starts to discharge. During discharge, the discharge indicator light is on, the discharge valve is opened, and the backwash butterfly plate is closed. The equipment performs cleaning and discharge work. After the pressure difference is less than 0.05 MPa and the discharge time reaches 50 seconds, it returns to normal working state. The discharge valve is closed and the backwash butterfly plate is opened. The method to adjust the pressure difference is to adjust the pressure difference switch (refer to the corresponding manual).

Timing control: after the blowdown time is adjusted, the cleaning cycle is adjusted, which is 24 hours by default. When the continuous working time of the equipment reaches 24 hours, the equipment will be cleaned and discharged, and the normal working state will be restored after 60 seconds. Customers can set their own cleaning cycle according to their needs. Timing and differential pressure control complement each other to ensure the normal operation of the system.

Manual control: The device is equipped with a forced discharge button to meet the special needs of the system. By placing it in the manual function, forced discharge can be manually performed.

Wrench control: In special circumstances, such as when the drain valve is opened and the drain cannot be closed due to a sudden power outage, a wrench can be used to close the drain valve.

Transportation control: There are transportation control and signal interfaces left in the control box, which can be centrally controlled as needed.
