Product Overview

Our high flow pleated filter cartridges are large-diameter industrial filtration elements independently developed for high-volume fluid filtration working conditions. Adopting a 6-inch large outer diameter and an integrated top handle structure, the standard outside-to-inside flow direction fits all vertical and horizontal security filter housings. Compared with traditional standard filter cartridges, a single high flow cartridge provides 5 to 20 times higher flux, effectively reducing the number of installed filters, downsizing equipment volume, and cutting operating and site costs.

Manufactured by full ultrasonic hot-melt welding technology without chemical adhesives, the cartridge features no fiber shedding and no secondary fluid contamination. The multi-layer gradient pleated media ensures a large filtration area, high dirt holding capacity, slow pressure differential rise and long service life. It supports long-term continuous industrial operation with simple installation and low maintenance cost. Widely applied in water treatment, electric power, chemical industry, food and beverage, pharmaceutical and other fields, it is the preferred core product for industrial precision pre-filtration.

Material Construction & Options

Equipped with diverse filter media and sealing accessories to adapt to different temperatures, pH values and fluid characteristics:

• PP Polypropylene: Cost-effective general material, suitable for pure water and mild acid-base media, max operating temperature 82℃

• FG Glass Fiber: High-precision filter media with excellent particle interception and high temperature resistance, ideal for condensate water and high-temperature fluid filtration

• PTFE: Strong anti-corrosion material, resistant to strong acid, alkali and organic solvents, suitable for harsh chemical working conditions

• PES Polyethersulfone: High-purity sanitary material with stable precision, meeting food and pharmaceutical sterile production standards

• Core & End Cap: Made of reinforced PP and PBT, high compressive strength, anti-deformation, avoiding core collapse and damage under high pressure

• O-ring Seal: EPDM, NBR, Silicone, FKM optional for full chemical compatibility and zero leakage

• Structure: Diamond pleat design with inner and outer double support mesh, uniform fluid channel and low pressure drop
