Features

The filter adopts mechatronics design. Automatic self-cleaning filter is composed of driving mechanism, control pipeline (including differential pressure switch), main component, filter component, cleaning mechanism, connecting flange and other main components. The control part of the filter is composed of an electronic controller, a control line and a blowdown valve, which is used to realize the automatic cleaning and blowdown process. The control pipeline is composed of differential pressure switch, pipe joint, brass pipe and other accessories. Conventional filter is equipped with a stainless steel brush, but you can also choose other types of brushes according to different usage conditions (water temperature, water quality).

1) The filter precision is 100 micron by default, and can be selected from 50 to 5000 micron. The filtering area is large and the pollution absorption is high. Users can customize the filter according to the actual working conditions.

2) The cleaning method is simple, and the cleaning cycle monitoring can realize automatic cleaning and sewage. All parameters of the automatic filter control system can be adjusted.

3) The filter is equipped with motor overload protection function, which can effectively protect the motor.

4) It has the characteristics of uninterrupted water supply and no bypass during cleaning and sewage discharge. Besides, the cleaning time is short and the sewage discharge consumption is less than 3% of the total flow.

5) Strong maintainability, easy installation and disassembly. The connection flange has strong versatility.
