With a filtration accuracy of 0.0001 microns (equivalent to 1/50,000 of a hairs diameter) and a desalination rate of up to 99.9%, it efficiently removes salts, bacteria, viruses, heavy metal ions, and colloids, ensuring stable production of high-purity water.

(15 years of filtration industry experience), the membrane integrates advanced composite materials (aromatic polyamide + polyester support) and anti-fouling technology, making it suitable for both large-scale projects (e.g., seawater desalination plants) and small-batch applications (e.g., laboratory pure water systems).

Working Principle

Reverse osmosis (RO) is a pressure-driven separation process that relies on the selective permeability of semipermeable membranes:


  1. Pressure application: External pressure (higher than the osmotic pressure of the feed water) is applied to the raw water side.

  2. Molecular separation: Water molecules (smaller than 0.0001 microns) pass through the nanoscale pores of the aromatic polyamide,while impurities (salts, bacteria, colloids) with larger molecular sizes are intercepted.

  3. Concentrate discharge: The intercepted impurities are discharged as concentrated water, ensuring continuous purification.
