Application Scope

This SPL filter mesh disc serves as the filter medium for mesh disc filters widely installed in lubricating oil systems of power plants, steel mills, mining equipment and heavy machinery. It removes metal chips, dust and other solid contaminants to protect bearings, gears and other precision moving components.

Working Principle

When lubricating oil passes through the stacked Metal Wire Mesh Disc, solid impurities are intercepted on the surface and inside the mesh layer. After a period of operation, the mesh discs can be disassembled, cleaned and reassembled for repeated use. Different mesh numbers can be selected to achieve the target filtration accuracy.
