Specially developed for high-salinity seawater treatment, Coalescing Filter supporting SW RO membrane is high-pressure resistant seawater reverse osmosis membrane designed for 32000ppm original sea water, totally different from brackish BW series RO membrane. The thickened aromatic polyamide film layer of this sea water desalination membrane can bear maximum 8.28MPa operating pressure, maintaining stable ≥99.7 salt rejection rate under long-term high salt raw water running. Ordinary low-pressure high salt RO element will suffer rapid performance decay when applied to seawater, while SW series strengthens membrane surface anti-scaling coating to slow salt crystal fouling speed, greatly extending chemical cleaning cycle. Working Principle of SW Seawater RO Membrane Element

Under high 5.52-8.28MPa driving pressure, high-salinity seawater flows tangentially over the surface of SW RO membrane. Small pure water molecules penetrate the reinforced polyamide film layer and gather in the central permeate tube to form fresh drinking water; sodium chloride, magnesium and other salt ions, marine algae and suspended solids are fully intercepted on the membrane surface and discharged with concentrated brine. The spiral winding structure of this sea water desalination membrane enlarges effective filtration area, ensuring stable daily water output of desalination equipment even under full load continuous operation.
