Equipment introduction

 

The high viscosity lubricating oil special oil filter is a high viscosity oil purification equipment developed and researched by our company specifically for the problems of poor fluidity, difficult transportation, and difficulty in separating water content in high viscosity lubricating oil. This series of equipment integrates automatic control, automatic constant temperature heating, rapid oil-water separation, and precision filtration, thereby improving the cleanliness of lubricating oil, reducing its acid value, and extending its service life. It provides good conditions for the safe and stable operation of oil equipment and lubrication systems, and brings significant economic benefits to enterprises

 

 

Technical Features

(1) According to the poor flowability of high viscosity lubricating oil, a supply and discharge oil pump is used, and a dedicated high viscosity oil delivery pump is selected.

(2) The heater is interlocked with the fuel pump to prevent dry burning of the heater.

(3) Set up a lubricating oil enhanced demulsification device to demulsify the oil, so that the internal water molecules of the emulsified oil can quickly break through the peripheral oil molecules, and the water molecules can recombine to form large water droplets that settle at the bottom of the device, thereby solving the problem of difficult separation of water content in the oil.

(1) According to user needs, industrial PLC intelligent controllers, touch screens, and frequency converters can be optionally selected;
