Product Introduction:

Agglomeration separator: also known as oil-water filter separator, jet fuel filter separator. Integrating filtration and dehydration, it can not only filter out various small particles in the medium, but also effectively filter out water, fibers, and suspended solids in the medium. It is an ideal oil purification equipment and widely applicable to various fine chemical raw materials that need to be purified.

Working principle

Preprocessing and interception: Aggregators are usually equipped with pre-processing filters, such as porous materials such as metal mesh and ceramics, to intercept solid impurities in the fluid and avoid interference in the subsequent coalescence process. For example, in oil-water separation, the pre-treatment filter element intercepts small impurities through a high-precision filtration layer, reducing the formation of emulsified states and creating conditions for subsequent demulsification.

Agglomeration process: As the fluid flows through the agglomeration filter, tiny droplets are adsorbed onto the surface of the fibers. Due to the hydrophobic/oleophilic or oleophobic/hydrophilic properties of the filter material, droplets stay on the fiber surface and collide with other droplets, gradually aggregating into large droplets. Agglomeration filters are usually designed with a multi-layer gradient structure, where droplets repeatedly collide in a layer by layer flow, resulting in an increasing particle size.

Separation and sedimentation: The coalesced droplets enter the separation filter element and achieve efficient two-phase separation through differences in material properties such as hydrophobicity/oleophilicity. Large droplets settle to the bottom collection tank of the equipment under the action of gravity due to density differences, and are then monitored by a liquid level gauge and regularly discharged through a drain valve
