Dust filter working principle:
After the dust-bearing gas enters the filter, due to the sudden expansion of the air flow end face and the action of the air flow distribution plate, some of the coarse dust particles in the air flow settle to the ash hopper under the action of gravity and inertia force. The dust particles with fine particle size and small density enter the filter chamber, and through the combined effect of Brown diffusion and fiber interception, the dust is deposited on the surface of the filter material of the filter cylinder, and the purified gas enters the clean air chamber and is discharged by the outlet through the fan.
When the resistance reaches the set value, the PLC program controls the opening and closing of the pulse valve. When the pulse valve is opened, the compressed air in the air bag enters the inside of the filter cylinder evenly through the expansion of the venturi tube, forming a momentary positive pressure inside the filter cylinder, producing huge vibration, so that the dust deposited on the filter material falls off. Falling into the ash bucket, the collected dust is discharged into the ash bucket through the ash discharge valve.
