Outline:

The LYC-B oil filtration machine is more and more popular with the rapid development of hydraulic industrial technology,hydraulic technology
continues to trend high pressure,high precision and high power,while the hydraulic system reliability and higher requirements.

But the hydraulic system failure,70% were due to oil pollution,of which 60% of the pollution comes from the new oil pollution system
parts produced in the course of their work,20% for other reasons. Pollutants is generally 5 to 15 microns great harm to the system of
precision mechanical parts.To do this, take the international oil cleanliness of parts and other precision components hydraulic servo
system with strict control,added new oil cleanliness required to achieve GJB420 (equivalent to US aerospace standard NAS1638) of
5 to ensure that the system is stable,reliable operation.However,domestic hydraulic oil drums in the sampling and analysis,new
domestic oil cleanliness generally only GJB420 (NAS1638) of 10 to 11. New oil pollution so severe,if not rigorous filtration and
purification to use,it will bring serious harm to the life of the entire system, precision components,reliability work.

LYC-B oil filter cart  Application:

To filter the oil which is filled up in hydraulic lubrication systerm, to establish equipment periodic maintenance.The by-pass filtration for 
the working hydraulic lubrication systerm.the circulation filtration before hydraulic lubrication system in motion.The oil of hydraulic 
lubrication system is filtered and pumped without the pump of equipment itself.

    ●Hydraulic oil pump lubrication system does not filter out the pump through the device itself.

LYC-B features:

The oil filter consists of a motor-driven gear pump dedicated, low noise, strong self-absorption capacity,smooth running characteristics.
High-pressure pipe with overflow protection devices,can effectively protect the safety of the hydraulic system.Thermal relay protection
to prevent motor damage caused by motor overload.
Suction port coarse filter to protect the pump and extend the life of the main filter.
After the pump has two fine filter, so the oil quickly reach high cleanliness.
Fine filter according to the different needs of users, choose a different precision, achieve the desired results.
Oil filter housing with quick open structure, without any tools will be able to quickly open the cover quickly,replace
the filter. Equipped with a pressure gauge on the panel, while working continuously indicate the degree of contamination
and the health system filter.
 

LYC-B structure:

－It includes a special gear wheel drove by electric machinery，it has features of low noise,good self-priming and stable performance.
－Excess flow protection device has been fitted in high pressure pipelines to protect hydraulic system.
－Using thermal overload relay to provide overload protection for electric machinery.
－The coarse suction filter can not only protect oil pump but aslo prolong the service life of main filter.
－It is Consist of two grades to sift the procedure of examining precisely after the pump,  make the oil reach very high cleanness degree.
－According to different requirements,the filter precision can be selected to reach different oil rate.
－With quick-opening structure on the filter body,the filter elements can be replaced conveniently without any other tools,the pressure gauge 
on the panel indicates system state and pollution degree of filter element continuously.
