The bag house will control the operating temperature within the permissible range of the filter cloth, because too low a temperature may lead to condensation, too high will cause premature aging of the filter cloth, in addition to avoiding a sharp increase in temperature transient situation. Environmental protection industry has regulations, boiler exhaust temperature and waste heat boiler recovery of flue gas after the waste heat, flue gas temperature should be controlled below 250 ℃. The design of the flue gas temperature to appear inside the dust collector dew point shall prevail. The temperature of high temperature gas filtration process is 200-250℃.
