DF Series superimposed filter

The superimposed filter can be directly installed under the electromagnetic directional valve to remove or prevent the mechanical impurities mixed in the hydraulic oil and the colloid and asphaltene produced by the chemical change of the hydraulic oil from entering the electromagnetic directional valve,so as to prevent the instability or jamming of the valve core and the occurrence of faults such as excessive wear of the valve,and maintain the normal operation of the system.It is especially suitable for automatic control system and servo system.

Application widely used in hydraulic systems such as heavy machinery,mining machinery and metallurgical machinery.

Performance and Characteristics

The filter is equipped with a differential pressure transmitter.When the filter element is polluted and blocked until the differential pressure at the inlet and outlet is 0.5MPa,it will send a signal that the filter element should be cleaned or replaced to ensure the installation of the system.

Compared with the traditional filter,the filter has the characteristics of compact installation structure and small volume,and the filter element adopts imported fiber filter material, which has the advantages of high filtration precision,strong oil passing capacity, small original pressure and large pollutant holding capacity.

The filtration accuracy is calibrated with absolute filtration accuracy,and its filtration ratio β 3,5,10,20 ≥ 200, filtration efficiency n≥99.5%. Comply with ISO standards.
