Pulse jet bag dust collector may occur failure and disposal methods:
1, the cleaning of the filter bag and the process of changing the filter bag may be due to the high viscosity of the dust caused by the phenomenon of filter cloth slicing, which leads to an increase in dust collector resistance affecting the effect of dust removal, the occurrence of the above situation need to remove the filter bag from the dust collector with water on the surface of the filter cloth for rinsing, rinsing is completed to dry after you can continue to use. The cleaning cycle of the filter bag is determined according to the nature of the dust and the frequency of use of the dust collector. Generally, the filter bag will be gradually damaged after one year of use, mainly due to the abrasion of dust and the deterioration of filter material caused by high temperature and high humidity. The dust collector can't work with broken filter bag, otherwise it will affect the dust removal effect. Once found that the filter bag is broken, it should be replaced with a new filter bag in time.
2、Running resistance is small
This may be caused by broken pipes or broken filter bags, disposal methods: check the pipeline and patch welding of the damaged place; check and change the filter bags;
3、Pulse valve does not work
Possible reasons include: power failure, ash removal controller failure; pulse valve debris, air leakage; pulse valve coil short circuit; compressed air pressure is too low.
Disposal methods: restore power supply, repair the dust controller; carefully clean the pulse valve; change the pulse valve coil; check the air system and compressor.
4、Running resistance
Possible reasons include: the filter bag slate; pulse valve does not work or damaged; compressed air pressure is too low; pulse valve work when the lifting valve is not closed tightly; one or more lifting valve is closed.
Disposal methods: clean the filter bag, strengthen ventilation; maintenance or change the pulse valve; check the air circuit and air compressor; check the ash cleaning controller.
Pulse jet bag dust collector is when the dusty gas enters into the dust collector from the air inlet, it starts to touch the inclined plate and baffle plate in the middle of the air inlet and outlet firstly, and then the gas flow will turn to flow into the grey hopper, and at the same time, the gas flow slows down, and due to the effect of inertia, the coarse particles of the dust in the gas flow into the grey hopper directly.
