SRFA series double barrel micro direct return oil return filter

The filter is composed of two single cylinder filters,directional valve,by-pass valve,transmitter,diffuser,etc.It is installed on the top of the oil tank and can replace the filter element without stopping the system.It is suitable for fine oil return filtration of continuous working hydraulic system.It is used to filter out the metal powder caused by the wear of various components in the hydraulic system and the rubber impurities of seals,so as to keep the oil flowing back to the oil tank clean,so as to facilitate the circulation of oil in the system.When the filter element of a filter is blocked,resulting in the inlet and outlet pressure difference of 0.35Mpa,the transmitter sends a signal.At this time, turn the reversing valve to make the standby oil filter work,and then replace the blocked filter element.

Application widely used in hydraulic systems such as heavy machinery,mining machinery and metallurgical machinery.

Performance and Characteristics

When the blocked filter element cannot be replaced in time for some reason,so that the differential pressure at the inlet and outlet of oil rises to 0.4MPa,the by-pass valve will automatically start to work,so as to protect the normal operation of the filter element and the system,but the user should replace the filter element as soon as possible.
Because the direct return oil filter is adopted in the design,it is very convenient to replace the filter element or fuel the oil tank.Just unscrew the filter cover to replace the filter element or fuel the oil tank.Each filter head is equipped with two M18x15 oil port,the transmitter can be installed at any place.
The diffuser is arranged at the bottom of the oil return cylinder,which can make the oil return medium flow smoothly into the oil tank,which is not easy to produce bubbles,reduce the re-entry of air and reduce the disturbance of deposited pollutants.
The filter element adopts a new type of chemical fiber filter material,which has the advantages of high filtration precision,large oil passing capacity,small original pressure loss and large pollutant holding capacity.Its filtration precision is calibrated by absolute filtration precision and the filtration ratio is β3,5,10,20≥200,filtration efficiency n≥99.5%,in line with ISO standards.
