Air chamber Pulse Bag Dust Collector has the advantages of collecting and sub-chamber back-flushing and jet-pulsing dust collectors. It overcomes the shortcomings of insufficient kinetic energy strength during sub-chamber back-flushing and simultaneous injection and pulse cleaning and filtration, thus enhancing the adaptability to use. It can not only be used as a crusher, dryer, coal mill, raw meal mill, cement mill, packaging machine and the dust collection equipment at the top of each warehouse, but also can be directly used as a dust collector. High outlet concentration vertical mill (500g/Nm3) . Process dust collection of O-Sepa separator (1000g/Nm3).

Working principle

When the dust-laden flue gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet, a part of the coarse dust particles fall into the ash hopper due to inertial collision, natural settlement and other principles. , the dust particles are retained outside the filter bag, and the purified flue gas enters the box from the inside of the filter bag, and then is discharged into the atmosphere through the valve plate hole and the air outlet to achieve the purpose of dust collection and purification. When the resistance is increased to the preset value (1245-1470Pa), the cleaning controller generates a signal, and firstly controls the lifting The valve closes the valve plate hole, cuts off the flow of filtered flue gas, stops the filtering process, and then opens the electromagnetic pulse valve to blow compressed air with a pressure of 0.5-0.7MPa in a very short time (0.1-0.15S). The box body expands rapidly, and when it pours into the inside of the filter bag, the filter bag will be deformed and vibrated. With the effect of reverse airflow, the dust outside the filter bag will be removed and fall into the ash hopper. After the ash cleaning is completed, the lift valve will be opened again. , the dust collector enters the filtering state again.

The above working principle only represents the situation of one working room. In fact, the air box pulse dust collector is composed of multiple working rooms. When cleaning the dust, each working room is carried out in sequence. The process is the offline cleaning of the chamber. The advantage is that the cleaning room and the filtering studio do not interfere with each other, which realizes continuous operation and improves work efficiency.
