Equipment Introduction

Plug-fkow Aerator is used for aeration basin of municipal sewage treatment plant and industrial wastewater treatment plant to produce low tangential flow with force, also can be used for create a flow for circulation, nitrification, denitrification and phosphorus removing.

Application

It's a essential equipment in aeration basin, it utilize fine or medium bubbles diffuse to provide aeration and mixing to process water, and widely used in many places, such as :

Working Principle

It's driven by motor, through propellers spin and then caused a low-pressure zone;

· then air reach the low-pressure zone though air pipe;
· and in that place, water and air are pressed into tiny bubbles;
· finally these bubbles diffuse and provide aeration and mixing treating water.
 
Equipment Features
· All wet parts,include propellers,are 304 stainless steel.
· Motor ranges from 7.5kg to 37KW
· Working with no spilling and atomizing,aeration and mixing occur under water
· Can be installed solo,or combine to constitute a circulation flow
