There are dry desulfurization duster and wet desulphurizing deduster. At present, most of the desulfurization and deduster used in our company belong to wet desulfurization duster. There are several kinds of wet desulphurization and deduster, such as water film desulfurization and deduster and impact water bath desulphurization, but in general, the working principle of wet desulphurization dust remover is very different.
The desulphurization step of the boiler desulfurization deduster is generally, after the dust flue gas is discharged from the boiler, it first enters the cyclone dust collector through the pipe, this device is also called the Martian trap or the settling chamber, and carries out the first stage treatment to remove the Mars and the cooling, and then reaches the two stage bag dust collector after the dust bag can bear the temperature. The dust in the flue gas is removed after the filter of the bag filter, but the bag type dust collector can not remove the chemical composition of the sulfur in the flue gas. The flue gas after the filter of the bag filter is sent to the desulfurizer tower of the desulfurizer and the desulfurizer for the desulphurization treatment. The inner part of the wet desulphurization dust collector is designed with a spray system and the spray is sprayed out. The washing water mist is mixed with the incoming flue gas, condensing the dust particles in the flue gas into a polymer and entering the washing trough with the flue gas flow.
The boiler desulfurization and deduster needs to clean up the ash in the sedimentation tank regularly and keep the cleanliness of the circulating water as much as possible. The desulfurization efficiency is more than 80%. It must be added to the circulating pool regularly to keep the pH of the circulating water more than 9, and the acid wastewater in the sedimentation tank can be recycled after adding alkaline water to filter it.
