    Introduction:
    Air chamber type pulse-jet bag dust collector is widely used to collect small and dry non-fibrous dust in metallurgy, mining, machinery, cement, building materials industry, grain industry, pharmacy, light industry, power sector and so on.

    Features:
    1. Off line pulsed dust cleaning: the air chambers take turns to clean the dust. When one chamber is cleaning the dust, this chamber’s airflow is cut off, which can avoid the dust secondary flying during pulse spraying dust extraction. So this type dust collector can collect dusty gas with dust content 1000g/m3.
    2. Easy maintenance: it use large pulse valve for the whole chamber to achieve pulse spraying dust extraction.
    3. Safe and reliable operation: under the control of deashing controller, every chamber’s pulse spraying dust extraction time and period are done automatically and continuously. Thus, the dust collecting effect is improved and the system is guaranteed to work safely and smoothly.
    4. Wide application: it has inlet/outlet header and the ash bucket can be extended under the inlet header, which makes the dusty gas directly flows into the large ash bucket to achieve pre-filtration. And it has no easily jammed horizontal straight pipe, which makes it can purify both dusty gas with general concentration and dusty gas with high concentration.
