Air filter cartridge

The dust-removing air filter cartridge is the necessary and key filter element for dust purification in dust removal equipment. Dust filter bag

The dust filter bag should be selected according to the temperature,humidity and chemical characteristics of the gas;the size,weight,shape,dust concentration,filtration speed,cleaning method and emission concentration of the particles.The dust filter bags' advantages:high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,dimensional stability,extremely small elongation and contraction rate and high strength,and the felt fiber is single fiber,three-dimensional microporous structure,high porosity and low resistance to gas filtration.It is a high-speed,high-efficiency high-temperature filter material.

The end cap is bonded with super polymer glue,it won't cause degumming and cracking ensuring the filer service life and safety under high load.

Pleats embossing can fix the folding distance and enhance the filter.Filter paper is always fixed at the original position,which increases the resistance.
